Position Summary:

 The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing end user support for RSG’s HRIS applications. The primary focus will be to provide administrative support and maintenance of our HRIS – SuccessFactors HCM and associated modules. This role will serve as a point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvements. 

Essential Functions:

  • Perform configuration tasks for SuccessFactors to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems and environments via clear processes, system administration, and auditing.
  • Support data integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Collaborates with team to implement needed process improvements.
  • Serve as technical liaison between internal customers and managed services.
  • Maintains up-to-date HCM configuration workbooks, user guides, and training materials.
  • Assist with quarterly release updates and testing (this will include creating test plans, training materials and system documentation).
  • Perform data analysis and create ad-hoc reports on a daily basis.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, Computer Science, or a comparable degree.
  • Two or more years of experience in HRIS.
  • Functional HR knowledge.
  • SuccessFactors experience with Employee Central, Job Profile Builder, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, and Compensation highly preferred.
  • Ability to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries, using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
