Position Summary:

The Intern position provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to their department. 

 

 

Essential Functions:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Project based role surrounding the maintenance of files ensuring accuracy and complete client records. 
  • Collaborate with their department to resolve documentation issues. 
  • Monitor sanctions checking software to provide timely and accurate auditing. 
  • Additional duties to support their department as needed. 

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Looking for students graduating no later than spring 2022.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally and to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Proficient use of applicable technology (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Analyst and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of when to proceed alone and when to involve the Manager or other Associates.
  • Ability to apply independent, critical thinking but also to follow instructions and take direction.
