Position Summary:

Client-facing service-driven position with a strong emphasis on overall client experience. This position is responsible for the accurate issuance and servicing of policies and endorsements for independent insurance agents and RSG markets nationwide. This position manages substantial workflow volume within shared inboxes and delivers exceptional efficiency, timeliness and accuracy with respect to processing executed finance agreements.

Essential Functions:

  • Receive incoming premium finance agreements to ensure required signatures are present and information is complete
  • Compare agreements with electronic record to confirm all data is an exact match
  • Verify agreement data through multiple methods and obtain required information for verification purposes through multiple channels
  • Process agreements in servicing system. For those that require additional underwriting, follow-up will be required.
  • Communicate any discrepancies between agreements and servicing system and resolve or return agreements for correction
  • Initiate contact to follow-up on pending/problem contracts daily
  • Obtain appropriate internal approval on individual loan processing per Loan Approval Matrix
  • Recognize critical issues and escalate appropriately
  • Coordinate with other departments when problem solving
  • Perform within company standards for accuracy, service quality and turnaround time
  • Build and maintain individual knowledge of premium finance regulations and individual policy provisions to ensure full understanding of collateral position and other risk factors
  • Manage inquiries from Insureds, Agents and other Markets and assist in handling their requests
  • Provide premium finance related, payment and account information to customers via phone, email and fax. All communication details will be documented.
  • Strengthen customer relationship by providing professional, pleasant, and positive interactions with our company
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Team and Management to ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute various company reports
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Actively participate in company’s efforts to detect and prevent fraud to mitigate losses
  • Assist other departments and processes as needed throughout the company


  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • Exhibits a commitment to outstanding customer service and ability to build a good rapport with clients
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when relaying and recording information
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task given assignments, seeing each to resolution
