Position Summary:

Responsible for the supervision of a Team of Processing Associates and/or Process Support Leads.  Assigns and monitors work inventory of both internal and outsourced resources to ensure Service Levels, Quality and Audit goals are consistently met.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide leadership in support of the Department goals.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer focus while balancing customer’s needs and expectations with the goals of the Department.
  • Communicates both orally and in written form with all levels of staff in the organization.
  • Cultivates relationships with peers in the Business Units.
  • Monitors service standards within the Department.  Drive change, as necessary.
  • Facilitate the identification and transitions of standardized processes to outsource agencies.
  • Provide leadership, timely performance feedback and development to
  • Processing Associates and Process Support Leads.
  • Track individual results.  Produce individual and department reports on a regular basis holding individual and outsourced resources accountable to meeting individual and team goals.
  • Provide staff with results based feedback on a monthly basis.
  • Assists in completing performance and merit reviews for all direct reports.
  • Implement and monitor all Company Department processing changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Must be committed to the success and development of peers and team members at all times.


  • Requires college degree or 4 years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education. Two plus years of supervisory management experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Commercial insurance products, including issuance of P&C and
  • Transportation Policies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork and the ability to develop productive relationships with peers and management.
  • Must be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Pursue technical development in order to maintain or enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this job.
  • Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff
  • As a member of the All Risks, Ltd. Operations Unit, you will be required to pass the Introduction to Risk Management and Insurance exam within nine (9) months of your hire date. This requirement will be waived if you possess a current State P&C license, or have successfully passed AINS21 or an equivalent course.  Upon fulfilling this obligation, you will be required to participate and pass the All Risks, Ltd. Internal Surplus Lines 101 class and quiz within the subsequent six (6) months.
